Thulite is a unique and rare stone found almost exclusively in Norway (although it has been found in other regions, the Norweigian version is the most sought-after and prized). It is associated with the heart chakra and is believed to activate self love and compassion. Thulite is believed to foster deeper, more harmonious connections with others (and self) and to promote self-esteem and confidence. This pendant is set with six claw-shaped prongs with an open, yet secure back. The chain shown here, sold separately, is the Wheat Chain and its ideal length (24") would be slightly longer so that it hangs near the heart.
